1. Who we are
Trinity Skills Solutions (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2018/337145/07, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our Information Officer is Linda Heslop, Director. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

2. What we collect
- From the enquiry form: your name, your company or organisation (optional), your email address, your phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, your message and your consent.
- From emails, calls and meetings: the details you choose to share with us.
- From a service you take up: the information needed to deliver it, such as assessment responses or feedback for a psychometric assessment or coaching. TO CONFIRM: how this information is stored and shared, and the agreement it falls under.
- Technical details: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records details such as your IP address, browser and device type to deliver and protect the website.
3. How we use it
- Respond to your enquiry.
- Arrange a consultation or a quote.
- Deliver the services you ask for.
- Keep the records the law requires us to keep, such as financial and tax records.
- Keep the website secure and working.
4. Who we share it with
The contact form sends your enquiry through Web3Forms, a form service that delivers it to our email inbox. Our hosting provider is Cloudflare. TO CONFIRM: our email provider.
Some of these providers may process information outside South Africa. TO CONFIRM: where each provider stores data. Where information leaves South Africa, we choose providers that protect personal information.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as described here, to deliver our services, or when the law requires it.
5. Your consent
When you tick the box on the enquiry form, you agree that we may use your details to respond to your enquiry. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing it does not affect anything we did before.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and deliver any service you ask for, and for any longer period the law requires. TO CONFIRM: the retention period for enquiry emails.
7. Keeping it safe
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Under POPIA you can ask whether we hold personal information about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, withdraw your consent, and complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za. To use these rights, contact us using the details in section 1.
9. Children
Our services are for organisations and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Other websites
This website links to other websites. We are not responsible for how those websites handle personal information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
